This policy explains how Yunazi Digital LTDA, CNPJ 67.312.036/0001-81 ("Yunazi", "we"), handles personal data, in accordance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, "LGPD").
1. Data we process
- Data about our customers: name, email, phone number, company details and billing information.
- Platform usage data: access and usage logs needed to operate and protect the service.
- Data belonging to our customers' own clients: information contained in the systems a contracting company connects to our platform. In these cases, the contracting company is the data controller and Yunazi acts as a data processor, handling the data only to provide the contracted service.
2. How we use it
- To provide, maintain and improve the contracted services.
- To run the promotional campaigns and follow-ups requested by the contracting company, and to produce sales analyses and reports for it.
- To issue invoices and billing.
- To provide support and communicate about the service.
- To comply with legal obligations and prevent fraud.
3. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with providers needed to run the service, such as hosting and database providers, payment processors (such as Stripe), artificial intelligence model providers and the systems the customer chooses to connect. These providers process data only for the purposes above. We may also share data when required by law or by a competent authority.
4. Promotional messages
Campaigns are sent only to contacts provided by the contracting company, which is responsible for having a lawful basis to reach them. Every promotional message includes an easy way to unsubscribe, and unsubscribe requests are honored in all future campaigns. If you received a message and want to stop, use the unsubscribe option in the message or write to contato@yunazi.com.
5. Separation and security
Each contracting company's data is kept separate, and no company can access another company's data. We use encrypted connections, access controls and encrypted storage of credentials.
6. How long we keep it
We keep data while the contract is active and for as long as needed to meet legal obligations. When the contract ends, the contracting company may request deletion of its account data.
7. Your rights
You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymization, portability or deletion of your data, and withdraw consent, by emailing contato@yunazi.com. If you are a client of a company that uses our platform, you may also make the request directly to that company.
8. Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies. The platform only uses cookies strictly necessary to keep signed-in users' sessions.
9. Changes
This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page, with the date of the last update.
